Full Cycle launches graduate program that trains developers for technical leadership roles

With a focus on training managers for the programming market, Full Cycle has just launched its Graduate Program in Technical Leadership. Structured to meet the growing market demand for qualified professionals, the program aims to prepare developers to overcome the challenges of today's technological landscape, promoting synergy between practical proficiency and strategic leadership skills. With a workload of 360 hours, students will have access to fundamentals of software and solution architecture, DevOps principles, SRE and platform engineering, leadership and culture development, technology team management, as well as personal branding and entrepreneurship.
