HostGator webinar shows how to use Agile Methodologies to launch a project

With the fast pace at which tech companies are emerging and the growing demand for new product development, agile methods are gaining traction in companies, according to HostGator. According to a survey by consulting firm Gartner, 75% of corporate IT environments are already using agile methods. These methods are combined with traditional work methods.

Among the best-known agile methods are Scrum, Lean, and Kanban. These are alternatives to traditional project management and encourage a cultural transformation. This cultural shift is based on values such as interaction between individuals and the ability to quickly adapt to change, among others.

Although better known in the software development market, these methods are already being applied in many other business areas such as marketing, sales, and human resources, and can also be used when planning a new business.
